		<description>Doug, I&#039;d love to know whether the transaction went through (and can comp you a book, of course). eSellerate just switched to using more verification than before, and for certain Visa accounts, this actually prevents covered users from charging unless they have a code. I think this is Verified by Visa. Interesting problem: it increases security, but irritates people.</description>
