With help from Series Producer, Niels Mäkel, Phil Windley has just launched a great new series on IT Conversations: Spectrum Radio from IEEE, the broadcast edition of IEEE Spectrum magazine. The first program is NSA Spying Roundtable, a discussion of the Bush Administration’s decision to eavesdrop on communications between individuals outside the United States and citizens inside the country.
